Account info: name and email obtained when you sign in with Google (provided by Google; we never see your password). Email you voluntarily provide in evaluation forms. Usage data: evaluations you create, votes, comments, bookmarks, and vote sources (e.g., poster QR / WeChat links).

We use your information to: operate evaluations/votes/comments, send vote and comment notifications, prevent fraud and duplicate voting, and improve the product. Data is stored on our local servers (SQLite), accessible only to AirSOTA operators. We do not sell data to third parties and do not use it for ad targeting.

Marketing communications: only when you actively opt in by checking "receive real estate news and service recommendations" on our forms (optional, unchecked by default) will we send you related news and recommendations. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

California residents have the right to: know (categories and purposes of data collected), delete personal data, correct data, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]; we respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

AirSOTA respects intellectual property. If you believe content on our platform (including images or text in comments) infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work and proof of ownership; (2) the link to the allegedly infringing content; (3) your contact information; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We commit to removing validly-noticed content within 48 hours.

Evaluations, votes, and comments are retained until deleted by the user or removed per a removal request. After account deletion or a deletion request, personal data is purged within 30 days (aggregated statistics excluded). Listing removal requests are available on every evaluation page.
