AirSOTA Offer Evaluation is a community opinion platform: buyers share proposed offer information, and community members vote and comment anonymously. All content is user-generated opinion and market sentiment discussion. It does not constitute an official appraisal, CMA, a binding offer, nor real estate, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Users who create evaluations warrant that: (a) the listing information they provide comes from a legitimate source (e.g., a public listing link); (b) they will not post off-market or confidential listing information; (c) they will not post content that infringes copyright, privacy, or trade secrets; (d) votes and comments represent personal opinions only.

Prohibited content includes: (a) discriminatory content based on protected classes including race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or familial status (violating the Fair Housing Act and California FEHA); (b) defamatory, abusive, or harassing content; (c) off-market/confidential listing information; (d) spam, ads, or irrelevant content. AirSOTA may remove violating content and ban accounts.

Posting comments requires an account (browsing and voting do not). Each account/IP may vote once per evaluation. Poll results are visible only to users who have voted; percentages are hidden until enough votes accumulate. All results are indicative sentiment data, not actual transaction data.

Homeowners, listing agents, and rights holders may request removal via the "Listing Removal Request" on any evaluation page or by emailing [email protected]. AirSOTA commits to processing valid notices within 48 hours. For copyright complaints (including DMCA), see our Privacy Policy.

AirSOTA makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of platform content. Users make any decisions based on platform content (including offers or contracts) at their own risk. AirSOTA is independent and not affiliated with any listing broker or MLS.
